Many
investors buy properties for investment as generally they are
an appreciating asset and when rented out offer a reasonable yield
by way of rental income. If an investor wishes to buy a property
in another country then there is a whole new set of problems to
surmount.
Apart from the logistics of physically finding the right location, appointing legal representatives, paying local fees there is also the problem of financing your new acquisition.
On the face
of it there a many financial institutions all willing to lend
money. However deeper considerations should be thought through,
such as the currency of the loan, do you use an international
lender or a local lender?
For a Hong Kong resident buying a property in the UK for example
take out a Hong Kong dollar loan, euro loan or sterling loan.
Then the decision will be much more difficult.
Well we at TTG have vast experience of arranging loans in any currency from many international and local lending institutions. We have built up strategic relationships with these organisations and can smooth the way through the maze of legal matters before the keys are handed over. We carry out all the administration on your behalf and will liaise with the lender and any other parties to make sure the whole process is as smooth and painless as possible.
